How do I find out about the availability of the product?
Up-to-date availability information is provided on the page of each product. If the desired size or model is not available, you can subscribe to the receipt notification.
How do I choose the size?
Each product has a size chart. We also add recommendations for landing (small size/ fits in size/ oversize). If in doubt, write to us in the chat or on social media, we will help you choose!
What payment methods are available?

Do you have international shipping?
Yes, we do international shipping. To complete and clarify all the details, just write to our manager in Telegram @xsaistore. He will be happy to tell you everything you need and help you place an order.
Is it possible to pre-order a product that doesn't exist?
If you want to pre—order a product that is currently out of stock, just write to our manager in Telegram @xsaistore. He will tell you how everything works, tell you about the deadlines and save you in the list so that you will be the first to know when the item will appear.
Can I make an exchange without making a refund on the product?
Yes, the exchange is possible without making a refund. To do this, fill out the exchange form and send the goods to the specified address. Upon receipt, the product undergoes a mandatory inspection for compliance with the presentation in the quality control department. If all conditions are met, we will send you the product in the right size.
Is it possible to add products to an order when it has already been placed?
Yes, you can add products to an already placed order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact our manager in Telegram @xsaistore as soon as possible. He will check the status of your order and tell you how to make changes.
Is it possible to change the data to be sent in the order?
Yes, you can change the shipping information (address, full name, phone number) if the order has not been sent yet.
How long does the refund take?
The refund is carried out within 10 working days from the moment we receive the product and pass a check for compliance with the presentation in the quality control department. After that, the amount is refunded in the same way as the payment was made.
