RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
You can return items at our offline store or call a courier yourself.
Items can be returned at XSAI store at Moscow, Berezhkovskaya Embankment, 20s40, postcode 121059
Please note that the package with goods must arrive at the store no later than 14 days after order delivery.
Returns and exchanges are possible if:
- No signs of wear
- Tags, labels and hygiene stickers are in place
- 14 days from the date of purchase have not passed.
1. Prepare the package and include a return form. In this document, you should list the items being returned, indicate the reason for return and details for refund.
A return form is required. Without a completed form, items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
2. Specify the return address XSAI Store, Moscow, Berezhkovskaya Embankment, 20s40, postcode 121059
3. Send the items for return via CDEK courier service. The return must be sent by courier to XSAI store. Please note: the customer pays for delivery of returned items to the store.
Items of proper quality made to individual order are not subject to exchange.
Refunds are made within 14 business days after receiving and checking the items.

CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS
Return of items made to individual order is not possible.
The buyer is not entitled to refuse goods of proper quality that have individually determined properties if the specified goods can be used exclusively by the consumer purchasing them.
Basis — clause 21 of the "Rules for the sale of goods by remote means", approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 27.09.2007 No. 612, clause 4 of Art. 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation dated 07.02.1992 No. 2300-1 "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
